Ladies and gentlemen,

I completed my first year at the New England Institute of Art in Brookline, MA a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed it and the fact I mad oodles of new friends. I mentioned some of them in my previous journals. Here's one more:

As a result of my successes during my first year at NEIA, my cumulative GPA is pretty high at 3.7. However, even though NEIA gives students the option of attending summer semesters full-time, I am burnt out and I need to focus on other things such as supporting my collaborator, Peter Palmiotti, in order to build a good buffer before premiering Smashing and Fighting World around the end of summer or so.


That's why I returned to Connecticut for the summer before I go back up to Boston in the fall.
